Regarding the use of ARC/CEC function?

Our product lacks ARC support. Inputs should connect to HDMI in, as TVs can’t link directly. Outputs like TVs connect to HDMI out. Our HDMI Audio Extractor Splitter doesn’t support CEC. This function, though useful, isn’t available in our product.

Not working / No Audio (The audio is abnormal)?

1. Check whether the “SPDIF” light is on. 2. Use standard hdmi2.0 cable(19+1) AWG26 and not exceed 5m. 3. Lower the resolution of your input source. 4. Set the audio format to PCM of your input source, and switch the audio mode on product to “2.0”

No sound from “SPDIF” port?

1. Set the audio format to PCM of your input source.

2. Switch the audio mode on product to ” 2.0 ” to have a try.
