Question 1: Why is the HDMI port not working?

To use the HDMI function on a PC or mobile phone, the USB C phone or PC needs to support the Display Port Alt Mode. Otherwise, the HDMI function is incompatible.Please confirm if the connected USB-C port of your device supports DP Alt Mode. To do this, please consult your device’s user manual, contact or check the manufacturer’s store. If it supports DP Alt Mode, our hub will work with it.

Question 2: Why the HDMI doesn’t work on my MacBook?

First check your MacBook whether supports DP Alt Mode.,It’s compatible with MacBooks that support DP Alt Mode over the USB C ports.And this usb c hub support Apple M1 chip but not support Apple M1 Pro chip&Apple M1 Max chip.If your MacBook is the 2021 new M1 Pro chip,this hub will not work.

Question 3: Why the PD is unable to deliver enough speed when I use?

This product is pd with 55W. If a common charger is used, it will definitely charge slowly. If it is used on an Apple computer (a 100W Apple computer), the charging will also be slower than the 100W charger, but not very slow.So we recommend that you use a fast charger!

Question 4: Why does the USB C port not support charging?

The USB C female port is the input, not the output, which is connected to the charger. It is used to charge the computer or mobile phone connected to the ucb c end. Many people connect their own data lines to the usb c female port to supply power to the mobile phone, which is wrong. is unable to supply power!

Question 5: Why is USB 3.0 not working as expected?

The USB port is in poor contact or the driver needs to be installed when the USB interface device is inserted. Please re-plug after the device is inserted and the driver is installed!

Question 6: Why are all USB ports not working as expected?

It may be that the device inserted into the USB port does not have the driver installed. Please install the USB driver for the inserted device.

Question 7: Why is there a delay when using a wireless mouse?

The signal of USB3.0 will conflict with the signal of 2.4G mouse, which will cause delay. This is an unavoidable problem in the world, so we recommend you to use wired devices!

The maximum power of each hub is limited. If any abnormality occurs when connecting the wireless mouse or reading the card, please disconnect the high-power device or plug it again
