This funding round was a mix of primary and secondary transactions. A statement said this investment positions Innefu Labs to a potential initial public offering (IPO).

We believe the next wave of technological leadership will belong to nations that own their intelligence capabilities, and Innefu is committed to ensuring that India stands at the forefront of that transformation,” Innefu Labs co-founder and CEO Tarun Wig said.

According to Innefu Labs, it has secured Rs 100 crore plus contracts spanning defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and revenue intelligence operations.
